An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate or Legal Director to join a leading Banking & Finance team. You'll work on a wide range of transactional and advisory matters, including real estate finance, leveraged finance and corporate funding, contributing to market-leading and innovative deals.

Role Requirements:

• 5+ years' PQE with experience in banking and finance law
• Proven experience advising clients on loan and security documentation, corporate funding and real estate finance
• Comfortable managing complex transactions and supervising junior team members
