Overview

Banking & Finance Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Bristol, £75,000+ (DOE) – A new role for an ambitious Banking & Finance Solicitor looking for that next step in their career. JOB REF:1440.

Responsibilities
  • Draft, negotiate and agree facility agreements and other finance documentation.
  • Lead and manage key transactions, with support from partners.
  • Supervise, develop, and coach junior team members.
  • Build and strengthen new and existing client relationships while developing your own practice.
  • Play a part in shaping the strategy and vision of our Banking & Finance practice and sector focus groups.
Skills Required
  • Applications are sought from Banking & Finance Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in banking law, ideally with exposure to real estate or corporate finance.
  • Confidence in advising clients on a full range of banking matters, from start to finish.
  • Strong transactional experience and the ability to run matters independently.
  • A proactive and forward-thinking approach, with a focus on quality and client relationships.
