Job Description
  • Lead and manage complex derivatives and structured finance transactions.
  • Advise on OTC and exchange‑traded derivatives, securities financing, and structured products.
  • Draft and negotiate documentation, including margin loans, repo agreements, and prime brokerage facilities.
  • Provide regulatory advice on EMIR, SFTR, and related compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with energy/project finance and structured credit teams to deliver integrated solutions.
The Successful Applicant
  • Strong background in derivatives and structured finance; exposure to securitisation and project finance is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to lead transactions and manage client relationships.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Previous experience at a leading private practice firm or major financial institution.
