Job Description

You will be part of a dynamic team advising a diverse client base, including major global banks, corporates, investment funds, and asset managers. The work spans:

  • OTC derivatives (commodity, credit, FX, equity, fund, interest rate)
  • Structured products and insurance-linked structures
  • Securities financing (repo, stock lending, structured repo)
  • Strategic equity transactions (margin loans, TRS facilities, synthetic products)
  • Prime brokerage, clearing, custody, and collateral arrangements
  • Regulatory advice (EMIR, SFTR) and distressed investment scenarios
  • Structured credit, securitisation, and energy/project finance-linked derivatives
  • You'll collaborate closely with other specialist teams across the firm, including tax, real estate, and international offices, to deliver integrated solutions.
The Successful Applicant
  • 2-5 years PQE with strong academic credentials
  • Solid experience in derivatives; exposure to securitisation, structured finance, or energy/project finance is a plus
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
