We're looking for a qualified Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly bank team at PDSA Bow and Ilford. If you like variety, want to keep your clinical skills sharp and are looking for flexible work that really makes a difference, this could be a great fit. As a Bank Vet at PDSA, you'll pick up shifts that work around your life, joining a supportive team to help care for pets and owners who really need our help.
You'll be comfortable stepping into a busy hospital and handling a wide range of medical and surgical cases, using your clinical confidence to make sound, evidence-based decisions. You're happy discussing realistic treatment options with clients, creating clear plans that balance best practice with each owner’s circumstances, and you take a pragmatic, welfare-focused approach to doing what’s right for every pet. Strong communication skills are important, you'll build trust quickly with clients and slot in smoothly alongside colleagues.
You'll be a team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, supportive environment where people share knowledge and help each other out.
