Role: Bank Operating Department Practitioner / Theatres Staff Nurse – New Hall Hospital – Bank Hours

The Role: To succeed in this role, you will need a strong clinical background in acute surgical care. We seek a dynamic and positive individual to ensure the Theatre department is Safe, Effective, Responsive, Caring, and Well Led. You will collaborate with the Theatre team, developing excellent relationships with staff, consultants, and stakeholders. Your responsibilities include driving excellence in safety and quality, monitoring standards, identifying risks, and implementing continuous improvements.

Location: New Hall Hospital in Salisbury, a Grade II Listed Building with modern theatres, outpatient services, radiology, physiotherapy, and inpatient wards. It is the second busiest spinal hospital in the UK and part of Ramsay Health Care UK, the 4th largest private healthcare provider globally.

Essential Experience and Qualifications:
