Overview

We have an opportunity available for Bank Support Workers - Supported Living to join the team across both Millstone Court, LA1 2DH and The Reeds, LA1 5QQ based in Lancaster.

Salary: £12.60 per hour

Hours: On a bank basis, weekend work and flexible hours

Responsibilities
  • Support adults on a person-centered basis to live independently, helping them move towards independent accommodation.
  • From medication assistance to accessing the community and domestic tasks, your days will be varied, and no two days will be the same. You should be able to think on your feet and understand our clients' needs with a positive approach.
  • We are looking for individuals whose values align with Making Space and who can help tenants live a full and happy life. Patience and a sense of humour are key qualities.
Qualifications
  • No prior industry experience or specific qualifications required to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space you will receive on-the-job training and may have the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
