National Care Group is recruiting a Bank Support Worker to join the National Neurological Services – Barnsley team. The role supports adults with brain injury or neurological conditions in a residential setting, focusing on dignity, independence and wellbeing.

You will help with daily tasks, personal care, and activities, building positive relationships and planning goals with residents. The position offers paid training and opportunities to gain qualifications within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to become more independent wherever possible.
