Community Integrated Care is recruiting Bank Support Workers to join our new Plymouth service, helping young adults live independently in their own assisted living home. You’ll join a compassionate team, receive full training, and cover day shifts from 7am to 10pm for annual leave and short-term absences.

Qualifications

• Excellent social skills to build relationships with people, their families and friends.
• Fun, sociable and confident in welcoming others.
• Willingness to share and learn within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Support young adults in a new assisted living setting.
• Develop skills with PBS methods, Makaton and the Picture Exchange System.
• Cover annual leave and short-term absence across day shifts.
