Swanton Care and Community in Hadleigh (IP7) is seeking a Bank Support Worker/Carer to help people in our supported living services. The role focuses on enabling individuals to live independently, participate in activities and feel valued in their community.
You will provide practical assistance and emotional support tailored to each person’s plan. No prior social care experience is required as training is provided; NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred.
