A children's support organization in Swindon is seeking a Bank Support Worker to enhance the lives of children in care.Responsibilities include assisting children's daily needs, building positive relationships, and providing guidance. Ideal candidates are caring and organized, and must be 22 years old with a valid driving license. Work in a children’s home that makes a positive, lasting difference to children’s lives. This role is ideal for experienced Residential Workers or Youth Workers, as well as those with no previous experience who are looking to build a career in residential care.

You will be part of the compass community of over 30 homes, you will be supported in your day‑to‑day job role by a friendly and supportive management team. We will supply you with extensive and relevant training to support you and ensure your career development.
