Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Bank Support Worker in Manchester to support adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. You will provide person-centred support to help individuals lead safe, fulfilling lives tailored to their own wishes.

You will be open-minded, energetic and respectful, able to stay calm under pressure, and work well with a team. Experience with complex needs and risk management is desirable.

Bank Support Worker

We are seeking caring, open-minded Bank Support Workers to help adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs live fulfilling lives in Manchester.

Position: Bank Support Worker
Salary: £12.71 to £12.84 per hour, depending on qualifications, plus £67 per sleepover
Location: Manchester
Hours: Bank shifts
Closing date: 1st November 2026
