Role Overview
  • You will work with young adults who have complex needs.
  • You are a respectful and caring individual who can passionately support young adults to fulfil their potential.

Responsibilities
  • Build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and planning goals and ambitions together.
  • Help plan daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning, and running errands.
  • Assist with personal care, including support with eating and administering medication.
  • Help plan and participate in exciting days out as desired.
  • Make a positive impact by supporting individuals to become more independent wherever possible.
Qualifications & Skills
  • A caring attitude, passion for supporting others, and motivation to see them achieve goals.
  • A team player, able to work effectively with other colleagues.
  • Resilience to keep going at difficult times and confidence to ask for support when needed.
