Job summary

Achievetogether is seeking Bank Support Workers to deliver compassionate care at clients' homes and in the local community. You’ll support individuals to gain independence, engage in meaningful activities, and contribute to their overall wellbeing.

We offer training, flexible patterns (full-time, part-time, or bank shifts) and opportunities to progress within social care alongside a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare work is beneficial but not required as full training is provided.

About you

Although it would be beneficial to have some experience of healthcare work, it isn’t absolutely necessary as we provide full training. As long as you’re passionate, hard-working and empathetic, you’ll fit right in.
