About the people and their home
The people at Berkshire Outreach are already very independent and live in the community, they just need some help to maintain the level of independence they already have and work towards any future goals and achievements they wish to pursue.
Berkshire outreach staff support the people in their own homes to complete goals such as jobs, being part of the community, taking part in meaningful activities, general living and maintaining independence. This can be supported by our team working closely with them in a person-centred way, to give them confidence to achieve.
