Looking for flexible, meaningful work? Want to make a real difference in people’s lives?
At P3, we’re all about supporting people to live independently, build confidence, and take control of their futures. We’re now looking for compassionate, adaptable, and reliable Bank Support Workers to join our team on a casual basis, helping us deliver person-centred support when it's needed most.
As a Bank Support Worker, you’ll be working directly with the people we support, helping them improve their quality of life, make informed decisions, and develop the skills they need to live more independently.
We’re looking for people who are passionate about making a difference and who genuinely care about others. You don’t need to have loads of experience — what matters most is your attitude, your willingness to learn, and your ability to support people with compassion and respect. As this is a flexible, casual role, we ask that you’re adaptable and comfortable with a changing schedule, sometimes at short notice.
We have a variety of services across Warwickshire including 24 hour services, accommodation and community based support.
