Job summary

Brainkind in Colchester is seeking a Bank Support Worker to deliver person-centred care and rehabilitation support. The role focuses on developing independent living skills, following personalised plans, and helping clients regain daily living abilities.

You will be trained to provide tailored support and join a compassionate team dedicated to improving the lives of people with brain injuries. Rolling shortlist and interview process apply.

Salary: Up to £14.21 per hour

The Role

We are a passionate and committed team, delivering a high standard of care and rehabilitation. Our Support Workers and wider team thrive on working together to enable the people we support to be as independent as possible and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

We will train you to provide personalised person-centred care to the individuals we support. You will follow individual support plans to meet the needs and aspirations of each person. The focus is developing independent living skills: personal hygiene, meal preparation, exercise, leisure activities, socialising – the daily routine of regular life.
