A leading care provider in Broadland is looking for a Bank Support Worker. The role involves helping individuals gain independence and teaches life skills in a supportive environment. Applicants should possess a full UK driving license and have experience with positive behavior support plans. Bank Support Worker Spixworth - Payrate starts at £12.21 ph!
Typical shifts are: Mon–Sun, 7am–2:30pm and 2:30pm–10pm.
We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker with us you\'ll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people.
Our supported living service in Spixworth is a welcoming and friendly environment. You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing activities. You may spend time with the people we support in local bars and pubs, or unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema.
This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone\'s life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be cooking dinner for themselves or going on holiday.
