The Richmond Fellowship Scotland in Kilmarnock is recruiting Bank Support Practitioners to provide in-home support. The role offers flexible bank shifts; you tell us when you’re available and we’ll assign matches to fit.

No prior care experience is required as we hire on values and transferrable skills. We provide full training and support, and note that we can only consider female applicants who hold a UK manual driving licence and access to their own car.

Our services in Kilmarnock are currently recruiting for Bank Support Practitioners!

Our Bank Support Practitioner contracts will give you flexibility over the days and hours you work, tell us when you're available and we'll look to give you shifts to fit.

You do not need previous experience in Care to apply as we recruit on values and transferrable skills.

We'll give you all the training you need to be an amazing Bank Support Practitioner!

However, for these posts we are only able to consider female applicants who have a UK Driving Licence for manual vehicles and access to their own cars.

About Us:

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland provides personalised and outcome-focused support to over 2800 individuals in their own homes across Scotland, making us the country's largest provider of social care. We support individuals with a variety of different needs such as physical and/or learning disabilities, ongoing mental health issues, alcohol or substance abuse and autism.

The Role:

As a Bank Support Practitioner, you will support individuals to live as independently as possible in their own homes.

This can include assistance with medication, general housework, meal preparation and personal care.

You would also provide social support within the service, accompanying individuals to any hobbies/events that they have on and participating in hobbies at home!
