Job summary

Responsibilities

• Liaise between nurses, clinicians, patients and relatives to support safe care.
• Attend and participate in board rounds, ward rounds and related daily activities.
• Provide workplace supervision to other staff when requested.
• Maintain high professional standards, especially in documentation.
• Arrive on time for booked shifts and be available from the arranged start time.
• Attend local induction when working in new areas.
• Comply with Trust policies, including its values and behaviours.
• Carry out other duties commensurate with the post and grade, as advised by the speciality clinical lead.

Job description

Paediatric bank post at ST3 level, working for Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust on single shifts or longer blocks. Hours are not guaranteed, and evening, weekend and on-call shifts are offered as available. • FY1 and FY2 competencies signed off
