Job summary

HCRG Care Group invites applications for a Senior Speech & Language Therapist to deliver expert assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions for children with complex needs. Based at one of our Surrey-wide office hubs with hybrid working, you will empower children to achieve their potential and improve quality of life through child-centred care.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be a qualified Speech & Language Therapist and registered with the HCPC.
• Experience working with children and families in educational or clinical settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality school-based assessments as part of an MDT for children and young people.
• Provide support, advice, and accessible therapy programmes to children, families, and carers.
• Share and receive complex and sensitive information regarding children’s difficulties, progress, and expectations.
• Attend, arrange, and contribute specialist advice in multidisciplinary meetings.

• Provide support, advice, and accessible therapy programmes to children, families, and carers, adapting communication for understanding .
• Share and receive complex and sensitive information regarding children’s difficulties, progress, and expectations
• Attend, arrange, and contribute specialist advice in multidisciplinary meetings.
