Overview

The role of Bank Sous Chef at Huntercombe Hall Nursing Home in Henley on Thames involves covering annual leave and sickness for the kitchen team. The successful candidate will create fresh, nutritious meals for the residents using the best ingredients available. They will support the Head Chef, lead by example, and demonstrate creative flair to showcase high-level hospitality.

Job responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals for the residents of Huntercombe Hall Nursing Home.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure delivery of high-quality, fresh, and nutritious meals.
• Mentor and support the kitchen team; participate in the Chef Academy program.
• Cover annual leave and sickness on a 0 hrs contract; straight shifts and no evenings.
