Job summary

Choice Care Linden Farm is a 10-bed supported living service for young adults with autism and learning disabilities, located near Cranleigh. We operate ad-hoc shifts and require a Full UK Driving Licence.

You will provide personal care, assist with activities, and work closely with a team of social care professionals to support residents' well-being. Experience isn’t required; in-house training is provided, and you’ll join a mission to help residents lead fulfilling lives with safety, dignity,

• Providing personal care - including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
• Medication administration
• Assisting and getting involved in residents' daily activities, hobbies or outings
• Following care plan guidance alongside Company policies and procedures
• Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents
• Maintaining written daily records
• Attending and completing training, as required

Where will you work?

Linden Farm is a 10-bed supported living service for young adults with a diagnosis of Autism and Learning Disabilities. Located in the village of Alfold, near Cranleigh, and set in extensive grounds, the service consists of 5 individual apartments and 5 beds located in generous communal surroundings. Residents at Linden Farm engage in an extensive activities program which includes horse riding, swimming, bowling, and a range of other outdoor and indoor pursuits. They are supported by a team consisting of Social Care Workers, Activities co-ordinators and a small team of drivers. Parents and families play a pivotal role in engaging with the Linden Farm team to provide a comprehensive support structure for residents.
