Cygnet Wast Hills is recruiting a Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse to work across the service for men with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. You will write assessment reports, update care plans, administer medications and supervise junior staff, with shifts across days, nights and weekends.

The role requires a current NMC PIN and recent experience in a PICU or acute mental health setting. You will participate in audits, CPD and contribute to a compassionate, high-quality

Qualifications

• Current PIN as a registered mental health nurse.
• Experience in a PICU or acute mental health setting.
• Maintaining documentation and undertaking audits.
• Commitment to patient recovery and quality care.

Responsabilités

• Write detailed reports based on nursing assessments and observations.
