Job summary

Care Concern Group’s Bluebell View in Oswestry is hiring Registered Nurses (RGN or RMN) on a bank (zero-hours) contract. You will assess needs, develop care plans, administer medications, and lead shifts to ensure safe, high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN.
• Experience in a care home setting is beneficial.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making; ability to lead shifts and support the team.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop and review care plans.
• Administer medication and monitor health changes.
• Lead shifts, guide care staff, and ensure high standards of clinical care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
