Job summary

Agincare in High Wycombe is seeking a Bank Registered Nurse to join the team and provide high-quality care across residential settings.

You will motivate and mentor staff, administer medications, monitor nutrition and collaborate with families and professionals. This flexible bank role requires an NMC pin, CPD evidence, and the ability to cover day, night and weekend shifts.

We offer competitive hourly pay at £24.21, plus benefits such as training up to QCF level 5 and refer-a-friend scheme.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC pin without restrictions to practice.
• Evidence of recent clinical CPD.
• You must have the right to work in the UK (minimum 12 months).
• Previous experience in a care home setting is required.
• Flexibility to work day, night and weekend shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care per individual care plans.
• Liaise with management, families, social workers and medical staff to meet care needs.
• Administer and record medications safely according to policy.
• Monitor nutrition and hydration and update care plans as required.
• Monitor risks such as pressure injuries and toileting needs.
• Support and participate in resident activities.
