Qualifications

Bank Registered Nurse (Days/Nights). The Oaks Care Home

Hourly Rate: £24.47 per hour

Shifts: 8am–8pm days shifts and 8pm-8am nights shifts

Key Responsibilities

As a Bank Registered Nurse your role will be dynamic and fulfilling. You will:

  • Provide high-quality person-centred care to residents ensuring their needs are met in a compassionate and professional manner
  • Administer medications and treatments according to the care plan ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Carry out regular assessments monitoring residents' conditions and making necessary adjustments to care plans
  • Collaborate with the wider care team including doctors therapists and support staff to ensure holistic care delivery
  • Offer guidance and support to junior staff ensuring a culture of learning and development within the team
  • Maintain accurate up-to-date records in line with legal and organizational requirements
  • Provide emotional and psychological support to residents and their families ensuring a caring and empathetic approach at all times
  • Ensure that residents' dignity and rights are upheld promoting independence and well-being

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking passionate and committed Registered General Nurses (RGNs) or Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) who are excited about providing exceptional care and making a difference in the lives of our residents.
