Brainkind Stagenhoe is seeking a Bank Registered Nurse in Hitchin to join a dedicated team at a neurological care centre. The role involves working 3 out of 7 days, providing patient-centred care and maintaining documentation in line with NMC guidelines.

Qualifications

Registered nurse with post-registration clinical experience.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care using evidence based guidelines.
Work collaboratively with the inter-disciplinary team to deliver high quality care.
Maintain records in line with corporate policies and NMC guidelines.
Carry out all clinical care in line with Brainkind policies and procedures.
Ensure the care team provide all care in line with the inter-professional care plan.
When appropriate, manage patient care during the shift.

About the role:
