Advinia is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our care homes in Glasgow. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care under the supervision of home management.
You will lead the care team, coordinate with multidisciplinary professionals and ensure medicines are administered safely, with up-to-date care plans for each resident. The position requires a valid NMC licence and at least 1 year of nursing experience.

Working as part of our talented and highly committed care teams, Registered Nurses are an integral part of our homes. You will work closely with the managers within the home to ensure the highest standard of person-centred resident care.
Having the ability to lead a team with a passion for hands on care, mentoring, coaching and motivating your care team to provide the highest quality care. Identifying training needs.
Supportive and great at communicating. Able to adapt to different personalities within your team, and build and maintain strong working relationships, whilst sharing and demonstrating your own knowledge to your care team.
Able to prioritise your time efficiently to ensure all documentation is kept up to date.
Able to work well within the individual teams and not afraid to get 'stuck in'
Due to the nature of this role we need for you to hole a valid NMC License with a minimum of 1 year Nursing practice.
