What You’ll Do
- Reconcile client bank accounts and insurer accounts in line with FCA CASS regulations
- Resolve queries quickly and effectively, maintaining strong relationships with insurers and members
- Monitor and capture any breaches of FCA CASS rules, ensuring compliance at all times
- Interpret and input data from daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Support with administrative tasks such as client refunds, cheque processing, and account management
- Background in Accounts (essential) and ideally experience in an FCA‑regulated environment (insurer or broker)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle high volumes of work accurately
- Excellent communication skills - confident across email, phone, and face‑to‑face
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- A proactive, customer‑focused mindset - someone who thrives both independently and as part of a team
