A healthcare provider in Chesterfield is seeking an Outpatient Receptionist & Call Centre Clerk. This role demands excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure quality customer care for patients attending outpatient clinics. Responsibilities include providing front-of-house service, processing patient records, and maintaining confidentiality. Flexible working hours may include weekends. Training will be provided.
An opportunity has arisen for a Bank vacancy as an Outpatient Receptionist & Call Centre Clerk. The role focuses on delivering customer care with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to welcome patients attending outpatient clinics and direct them efficiently to the correct department. The post involves working across reception areas covered by the central team including a busy call centre.
Hours: standard hours are 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday with a 1 hour lunch break. Hours are flexible and may require weekend work on occasion. Full training will be provided.
