Job summary

Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital is seeking a Radiographer to join the radiology team on a bank, ad-hoc basis with part-time hours. You will perform high-quality diagnostic imaging across multiple modalities, maintain accurate RIS/PACS records, and contribute to a patient-centred service.

Successful applicants hold a BSc (Hons) Diagnostic Radiography with HCPC registration, and demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork and CPD commitment. Rota includes weekend work and on-call as required.

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent.
• HCPC registration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to outstanding patient care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm for learning and CPD.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic examinations in accordance with IR(ME)R and departmental guidelines.
• Rotate across imaging areas including General Radiography, Mobile Imaging, Fluoroscopy, Theatres and CT.
• Adjust imaging techniques to meet patient needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical records using RIS/PACS.
• Contribute to out-of-hours, weekend and on-call rotas.
