A leading childcare provider in Maidstone is seeking passionate Nursery Practitioners to join their flexible staff bank. This role allows you to work casually in a nurturing environment, ensuring children receive care in a happy and safe setting. Successful candidates will need a Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification and experience in a childcare setting.

Join the vibrant team at Tiger Cubs Day Nursery as we seek passionate Nursery Practitioners to join our dynamic staff bank. With casual, zero‑hour contracts, this role offers the flexibility allowing you to immerse yourself in the nurturing environment of a nursery without the constraints of a full‑time commitment.

Main duties of the role include:
  • Ensuring the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment.
  • Working in partnership with parents and also fellow colleagues.
  • Maintaining child development and observation records.
  • Following and implementing all policies and procedures set out by the nursery.
  • Ensuring the key person approach is fully instilled in everyday practice.

Applicants will need to demonstrate some recent experience in a childcare setting which can be referenced and able to demonstrate their knowledge of the developmental and learning needs of young children.
