Job summary

Circle Health Group's The Clementine Churchill Hospital in Harrow is seeking a Physiotherapist to join the Physiotherapy team on a bank basis. This bank role supports busy periods and covers for staff as required, with competitive hourly pay and flexible shifts.

You will assess, treat, and educate patients with a range of conditions, collaborating with colleagues to ensure safe, effective care and successful discharge planning.

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) or MSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent qualification).
• HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Member of the CSP.
• Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, orthopaedic, or post-surgical conditions.
• Formulate individualised treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
• Use therapeutic techniques, exercise programmes, manual therapy, and patient education to promote recovery.
• Collaborate with consultants, nurses, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals for coordinated care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, ward rounds, and discharge planning as appropriate.
• Refer patients to other services where required (e.g., hydrotherapy, pain management, or community rehabilitation).
• Manage your own caseload efficiently, working flexibly across inpatient and/or outpatient settings as required.
