Job summary

The Bank Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist role at HCRG Care Group is a key position within a multidisciplinary team providing assessment, diagnosis and treatment for children, and supporting families in self-management and care.

You will devise child-centred therapy plans using evidence-based practice to help individuals reach their full potential, while supporting junior staff and students through supervision and training.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy with HCPC registration.
• Minimum 2 years post-graduate paediatric practice.
• Evidence-based approach to child-centred therapy plans.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat children; provide family-centred care.
• Develop child-focused therapy plans using evidence-based methods.
• Supervise junior staff and students; manage caseloads.
• Liaise with education and social care; ensure safeguarding compliance.
• Plan daily delivery of therapy services and lead teams.
