Savernake Hospital is seeking an experienced Band 5 Registered Nurse to join our Bank Nurse team. You will deliver compassionate, person-centred care, working with colleagues to support the patient journey and maintain clinical standards.

Qualifications

• NMC Registered Nurse (1st Level).
• Nursing qualification at Diploma level or above.
• Evidence of continuing professional development.
• Mentorship/teaching qualification or willingness to obtain within two years.
• Ability to independently assess patients and plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Ability to recognise and appropriately escalate.
• Strong communication and multidisciplinary team-working skills.
• Ability to organise and prioritise your own workload without direct supervision.
• Knowledge of current health and social care developments and evidence-based nursing practice.
• Flexible to work across a seven-day service.
• Willingness to travel across the required locality with a driving licence.
