Job summary

Elysium Healthcare invites UK Registered Nurses (RMN or RNLD) to join our nurse staff bank at Chesterfield House in Lincolnshire. After a paid three‑week induction, you can access nursing shifts with no minimum hours and the freedom to choose the weeks you work.

As RMN/RNLD you will deliver high‑quality care to adults with learning disabilities or mental health needs, work 12.5‑hour shifts, and benefit from weekly pay, shift-booking app access, free meals on duty, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• A relevant nursing qualification.
• NMC registration is required.
• Previous experience in a similar setting.
• Strong team-working skills.
• High level of self-motivation and flexibility.
• Caring and compassionate nature with a good sense of humour.
• DBS disclosure required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality evidence-based care to adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs.
• Support colleagues and promote good teamwork.
• Operate in a 24/7 service with 12.5-hour shifts on a zero-hour contract.
• Choose shifts to work each week using the app.

There is no minimum number of hours that you need to work, although it is recommended to work as often as you can to ensure your induction knowledge and familiarity with the service is retained.

Responsibilities

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) you will provide high‑quality evidence‑based care to adults who have a learning disability and/or mental health needs, supporting colleagues and promoting good teamwork. The service operates 24/7 with 12.5‑hour standard shifts and you’ll be on a zero‑hour contract, giving you the freedom to choose which shifts you want to work each week.

Requirements

Chesterfield House, a Learning Disability and Autism service located at Newark Road, North Hykeham, Lincolnshire, LN6 9SP. The service provides care and support to adults who have a learning disability and/or mental health needs in small group or single person environments designed to facilitate daily living skills and greater independence.
