Agincare is hiring a Bank Night Care Assistant at The Croft care home in Buckinghamshire. You will provide high-quality personal care and companionship to residents, supporting daily routines and promoting dignity.

No prior care experience required; full training provided. You must have the right to work in the UK and be flexible to cover shifts as needed. Join a compassionate team delivering person-centred care.

Qualifications

• You dont need previous care experience.
• What matters most is your kindness and motivation to help others.
• No experience needed full training provided
• Compassionate, patient and great with people
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship)
• This role is bank, so you must be flexible to work as and when required
