Job summary

Cygnet Nield House in Crewe is seeking confident Bank Support Workers to deliver outstanding care on bank shifts. You’ll support two wards with specialist mental health services, gain skills through our apprenticeship scheme, and enjoy extensive staff benefits.

Successful candidates will undergo an enhanced DBS check. The role offers flexible bank shifts, competitive hourly pay of £13.00 with a 12.1% allowance for annual leave cover, and access to supervision and a range of wellbeing benefits.
