Lifeways Group in Hereford seeks caring Recovery Support Workers to join our Enhanced Community Recovery service. You will work closely with clients to promote independence, build confidence and support their recovery journey.

Ideal candidates have experience with mental health needs, strong communication skills, and are comfortable using Word, email and databases. This is a 0-hour sessional contract with early, late and sleep-in shifts across Monday to Sunday.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience supporting people with mental health needs.
• Understands challenges faced by people living with mental health conditions and is committed to providing compassionate, recovery-focused support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident using IT systems, including Word, databases and email.
• NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care is an advantage, but not essential.
