Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Ensure safety and maintenance of the living environment.
  • Perform regular safety checks and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with the Home Manager and Residents.
  • Perform basic plumbing and electrical tasks.
  • Clear and clean general areas.
  • Assemble furniture and perform painting and decorating tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Working closely with the Maintenance Manager or nominated colleague to make sure that our residents live in a place that is safe and well maintained at all times
  • Ensuring that regular safety checks and servicing is carried out on all equipment and accurate records are kept.
  • Having excellent communication with the Home Manager and also the Residents
  • Basic plumbing and electrical maintenance
  • Clearing and Cleaning general areas
  • Assembling furniture
  • Painting and decorating

This position will require on call duties

Qualifications

You must have excellent communication skills with Manager's, Colleagues, Residents and Visitors to the Home.
