Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of infection control and COSHH guidelines.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning standards and protocols.
• Preferably experience in housekeeping or within a domestic team.
• You should be flexible and solutions focused.
• Be empathetic and have a desire to help residents.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all cleaning duties to the required company standards.
• Ensure all areas are clean, hygienic, and well-maintained, including bedrooms, communal spaces, and bathrooms.
• Handle laundry and linen with care and attention including personal items belonging to our residents.
• Interact with residents, offering assistance when needed.
• Maintain housekeeping supplies and report shortages to the manager.
