A leading healthcare provider in York is seeking skilled staff for flexible bank work. The role involves providing personal care and support to patients across various clinical areas, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills. Previous experience as a care assistant is desirable. As a Trust, we’re always on the hunt for skilled staff who want to work flexibly. Our in-house bank provides cover for fluctuating workloads, staffing shortfalls or when there is need for extra support. Regular work is not guaranteed, but applicants can give as much or as little availability as they wish. Bank workers are asked to work 45 hours in a rolling 6‑month period to maintain an active bank post.
