Job summary

OneCall24 Limited is seeking compassionate Bank Healthcare Assistants to support clients in their home environment in Hampshire. The role offers flexible part-time shifts (days, nights, weekends) and the chance to make a real difference in clients' daily lives.

You will monitor well-being, assist with daily tasks, promote dignity and independence, and work as part of a skilled team. Driving is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Cerebral Palsy, learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour, peg feeding, bowel care, ABI, spinal injury, manual handling, medication.
• Clients are wheelchair users and may require communication devices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and support to clients in their home environment.
• Monitor clients' well-being, assist with daily needs, promote dignity and independence.
• Work as part of a skilled team to ensure safety and comfort at all times.
