Job summary

Jane Lewis Healthcare Recruitment is seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to join the bank team at Hothfield Neurological Rehabilitation Centre in Ashford, Kent. This flexible bank role offers shifts to fit your availability, weekly pay and a free enhanced DBS check.

You will support people with personal care, mobility and daily needs, while working closely with nurses and a care team to follow care plans and maintain accurate records. Weekly pay and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• At least six months of paid UK care experience within the last two years.
• Experience in neurological care.
• Aged 18 or over.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Caring, reliable and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Support people with personal care and everyday needs.
• Assist with mobility, meals and hydration.
• Monitor and report changes in a person’s condition.
• Work alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow care plans and keep accurate records.

Bank Healthcare Assistant

Service Location: Hothfield, Ashford

Pay: From £14.57 to £21.85 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay

We are looking for experienced Healthcare Assitants to join the bank team at Hothfield Neurological Rehabilitation Centre in Ashford, Kent.

The centre supports people recovering from brain injuries through specialist rehabilitation and longer-term care, helping them work towards practical goals and greater independence.
