A healthcare provider in Cirencester is seeking a compassionate Female Support Worker to join a dedicated team supporting a lady with complex health needs. Your responsibilities include providing personal care, encouraging independence, and supporting her daily routines. Applicants should have experience in complex care, a full UK driving licence, and a patient attitude. The role is primarily on a bank-hours basis with a pay rate of £15.00 per hour.

We’re looking for a compassionate, confident Female Support Worker to join a small, dedicated 2:1 team supporting a lady in her own home in Cheltenham. She lives with complex health needs and uses a wheelchair, but her life is filled with creativity, laughter, and connection. She loves visiting local coffee shops, exploring vintage finds, gardening, and spending time in her community — and she’s looking for someone who can support her to continue enjoying these things safely and independently.

This role sits within our Bespoke Health & Social Care family, and you will be supported by an experienced hands-on Complex Care Manager.
We work together in a wide variety of locations to support adults and children with complex care needs, and a range of both physical and mental disabilities.
