Job summary

NHS Highland is seeking a Bank Facilities Assistant to join the Ross Memorial Hospital in Dingwall. You will help maintain a clean and safe domestic and catering service, supporting the preparation and plating of patient meals and working as part of a team or on your own, following instructions with strong communication.

A Foundation Induction standard is required, and an Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable though training will be provided.

A Bank Facilities Assistant post has arisen within our busy department in Ross Memorial Hospital, Dingwall.

Hours of work are between 7.30am and 8pm Monday Sunday.

You will work as part of a team to maintain a domestic and catering service ensuring a clean safe working environment & to assist in the preparation and plating up of all patient meals.

You must have the ability to work as part of a team or on your own initiative, follow instructions and possess good communication skills.

You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.

An Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable but full training will be given.
