A leading disability charity in the City of London is seeking a Bank Enabling Support Worker. This role involves providing support and encouragement to individuals, maintaining accurate records, and administering personal care. Bradbury Court in Harrow, north London, provides person-centred, responsive residential care. The home is spacious and modern and provides care for 21 adults with physical disabilities, with a wide range of needs. Our accessible and welcoming environment provides modern facilities and quality care.
As a Bank Enabling Support Worker it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person-centred support plan. You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication. There will be the opportunity to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.
