Crystal Care Collection is recruiting a Bank Duty Chef for Potter House, Yeovil. You will prepare nutritious meals, serve residents, and maintain high kitchen hygiene to meet Food Safety guidelines. You will support the team in delivering meals that respect residents' dietary needs and choices.

The role emphasizes a safe kitchen, stock handling, and collaboration with the Lifestyle team. Flexible bank shifts and good rates are offered, with induction and uniform provided.

Qualifications

• Care home experience preferred.
• Experience with IDDSI or specialist diet provision is desirable.
• Experience working in a care home is desirable.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the preparation of varied, nutritious meals for residents.
• Assist with serving meals and accommodate dietary requirements with respect and dignity.
• Maintain a safe, clean kitchen complying with safety regulations and COSHH.
