Job summary

Rodericks Dental Partners is seeking a flexible Bank Dental Nurse to support practices across Gloucestershire. You will provide chairside assistance, prepare and maintain clinical environments, and uphold infection control standards while rotating across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Qualified Dental Nurse with GDC registration.
• Valid DBS certificate.
• Experience working in a dental practice.
• Strong infection control knowledge and clinical standards.
• Team-focused, patient-first approach.
• Reliable and flexible to support multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality chairside support to clinicians.
• Preparing and maintaining clinical environments in line with HTM 01-05 and infection control standards.
• Supporting smooth patient journeys with a friendly, professional approach.
• Adapting quickly to different practice environments and teams.
• Ensuring compliance with CQC and internal policies at all times.
